Step 1: We Extract Healthy Stem Cells

The surgeon first decides whether they should extract stem cells from the patient’s bone marrow or adipose tissues (fat). If they opt for Bone Marrow Concentrate (BMAC), they insert a needle into the bone marrow to take the sample from the iliac crest. In the case of Minimally Manipulated Adipose Tissue Transplant (MMAT), they will perform a minor liposuction procedure to take a sample of your fat tissue and harvest stem cells from it.

Step 2: We Concentrate the Cells

Next, we concentrate the cells according to FDA-allowed minimal manipulation guidelines. It’s worth noting that our surgeons don’t multiply stem cells. Instead, all stem cells divide naturally on their own. While bone marrow cells multiply by 5 times maximum, adipose tissue cells multiply up to 8 times.

The stem cells are sent to a centrifuge, where they are concentrated through a double spin method. The cells are then activated with a small PRP injection dosage.

Step 3: We Reinject the Cells Into the Injury Site

Finally, the surgeon takes the concentrated stem cells in an injection and transplants them to the injury site. The patient starts seeing a difference in pain and inflammation within a few weeks.

Sinai in New York - completely defies this stereotype. Had 2 procedures done in a 2 yr period. The second was stem cells in my neck facets for arthritis and it changed my life. Follow-ups were very thorough and the entire experience was a much better than expected outcome. They were very thorough with discussing what outcome I might expect and what to expect during the recovery phase. if it is the right procedure for your situation I highly recommend it.

The staff at Cellaxys are very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the actual stem cell therapy that I received on both knees did not result in any noticeable reduction in pain or inflammation.
The Dr’s office was very kind and met with me regarding my lack of progress. I was told I needed more physical therapy. I did as they told me and completed additional physical therapy. I experienced No change in knee pain. I did however, receive a very large bill for the physical therapy services.
The statement by this clinic that you need more “physical therapy” seems to be their standard protocol when patients see no progress. I don’t regret trying the procedure (there is no guarantee of results). Just be aware if you fail to see improvement, they will simply recommend additional physical therapy or more blood work. Both of these solutions provided no resolution, just additional medical bills.

I would recommend Cellaxys and their Doctors to anyone dealing with chronic pain. The staff is thorough, pleasant, thoughtful and very knowledgable. I always have a great experience whenever I am there for my appointment. They have helped me with my chronic pain over the years and they actually listen.

I have had back pain for decades. I have been able to reduce it to with Ibuprofen, Tylenol, TENS unit, applying ice, voltaren gel, biofreeze, and lidocaine patches - which has allowed me to function during the day. I have also done physical therapy, chiropractic care, trigger point injections, dry needling, massage and cupping - which have also helped tremendously.

But in the end, the disc degeneration, disc bulges, and facet arthritis are still there and need extra treatment. I finally decided to proceed with PRP injected into my lumbar spine and I can't even describe how happy I am with the results!! I did not have any sedation during the procedure, had about 10-15 minutes of "pressure" in my low back after the procedure, and maybe a little bit of discomfort that evening. But I have not had any back back since the morning after and am absolutely amazed at how much my activities and quality of life improved!!

I respect Dr Mohajer, Dr Bady, and Dr Justin very much and am very appreciative of their knowledge and skills. Chastity, the front desk lady, is always so pleasant and helpful. Ashley, the MA, is also very skilled and always very pleasant. I will definitely be continuing care with Cell Axys!

I had adipose stem cell last year. PRP after 3 months. Came back to follow up this year. I am pain free for a year. No swelling any longer since the procedure. Have not taken Ibuprofen for my knee. Been hiking again between 3-7 miles with no swelling afterwards. Wanted to get PRP again today, thinking it will make it better than what I already have. Already on the table, Dr Mohajer, send me home. He said, No need. You don’t have pain, then No need for the procedure. This Clinic is full of Honesty. Dr Padi did the same thing. I was referred to doctor Bady by a friend and got a free consultation. My experience was wonderful. The office is clean , staffs are warm and kind and welcoming. He then sent me for an MRI and I'm going back for stem cell procedure. Everyone at this office is professional and very helpful. They go out of their way to truly help the patients which is not easy to find in Vegas.

I've dealt with shoulder pain for years but refused to do shoulder surgery. Tried everything from chiropractor to physical therapy but nothing helped until I came across Cellaxys. Dr. Bady is excellent! So knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He is so understanding and takes time to listen to concerns and answer all my questions. Also, Thank you so much to Ashley, Parisa, and front office staff who are always so welcoming and kind. I had PRP injections a few months ago and my knees feel great! I have been able to travel, go for daily walks and even ride my bike. I am so grateful to you all for helping me. I highly recommend Cellaxys!

I love, love, LOVE the staff and their compassion and the doctors and the treatments but more than that, I LOVE the pain relief. I'm so glad I found this office. I'm so overjoyed that I and finally feeling back to normal. I highly, truly and totally, recommend this facility and its staff. I can't say enough about how great I feel after I leave their office! Had five knee operations. Surgeons just kept cutting torn meniscus, grinding arthritis. Knee hurt all the time, misery. Saw ad about Stem Cell from Cellaxys. Took my MRIs into Dr. Otten. I’m 65 and been active all my life. My knee was making it unable to do anything. Dr. Otten said I was a perfect candidate for stem cell. I was skeptical, but knee replacement only thing left. Had Stem Cell procedure done at end of October 2021. Had major swelling which isn’t always normal. Gradually my knee started feeling better and better. Range of motion improved. Today is Jan 6, 2022. Just walked 3.5 miles. Pain FREE! Have a booster PRP shot coming up which is included in the price. Dr. Otten returned several calls when I was having swelling, unheard of from other Doctors. Stem Cell isn’t covered by insurance, but, it’s absolutely amazing. A big Thumbs up to Dr. Otten and Staff. Best money I’ve ever spent.

Dr. Otten is the best!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My wife had several procedures done on her knees and back from a traumatic fall and with the help from Dr. Otten and Biologics…she has benefitted greatly from the treatments. Because of her recovery and the incredible care Dr. Otten gave her…after I tore my Achilles Tendon I knew Dr. Otten was the phone call I needed to make. The entire staff from the second I walked in, was warm and friendly and caring. No waiting, imagine that! I was escorted into a room where the doctor had already been reviewing my x-rays and had them up to share with me. No secrets here. The doctor himself sat down with me immediately and listened to my history and my pain and then discussed my X-rays and showed me how he could help. He explained the three types of stem cell Therapies and let me choose what I wanted and then he explained to me the process from the moment I would walk in until the moment I would leave Plus he was very candid on my recovery time and what I could and could not do. I will have a two-week follow-up and then a booster in 3 months. I feel like everyone there is my friend.

The doctor was very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the different options available to me. I like that he took the TIME to know exactly what was going on with my knees. He didn't rush through the appointment, which was refreshing considering that's how it is with a lot of doctor appointments these. days.

Every step of the way he explained what was going on. I've had zero issues all the way through to the end. And now a year or more after I'm still doing well. It was well worth the money. The entire team is professional.

CELLAXYS is incredible! I’ve been suffering with extreme pain for a long time and was starting to feel helpless. Then I found CELLAXYS.
